Analytical Interviewing is a new mode of practice devised by Dr Peter Richard-Herbert that introduces personality parts training and it’s impact on the mediation process if applied pre-mediation as a predictive tool to Family Disputes Mediation sessions.

Learn how to look for and interpret the ego or ‘focus states’ that make up each mediation client pre-mediation and understand the agendas behind behaviour can benefit the mediation process and bring about a fair and constructive result for all parties.

This expands on the psychological areas to look for and the underlying focus states that you will need to deal with.  Extra cost $140 flat rate. Includes certificate on completion.
